The contract made by you on-line with Tin Soldier (UK) incorporates these terms and conditions, which prevail over any terms and conditions proposed by you.
These Terms & Conditions do not supersede your statutory rights under the Sale of Goods acts; they are merely designed to clarify the principles and procedures by which we operate. In any event, we aim to serve our customers fairly and should a dispute arise, we will always seek to find a speedy and amicable solution to the problem.
All prices displayed on the website are quoted in UK Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of VAT which may be payable by you. VAT is charged at 17.50%.
Customers and not Tin Soldier (UK) are responsible for any applicable duties and/or taxes levied at the point of entry into the destination country.
Tin Soldier (UK) reserves the right to change our prices without prior notice.
Credit or Debit card payments made on this website will be by processed in pounds sterling (credit/debit cards sales will be charged in your local billing currency by your card provider). Credit or Debit card transactions via this website will be processed by our payment solution provider (PSP) Sage Pay who perform industry-standard Address Verification System (AVS) and Card Verification Value (CVV) checks to prevent credit card fraud. More information on Sage Pay can be found at http://www.sagepay.com Any payment details processed by Sage Pay will not be seen by us or stored on our server. In accordance with the UK Data Protection ACT your details will not be disclosed in any way to a third party, all details will remain strictly private.
If you place an order by methods other than via our web site, Credit and Debit Card transactions are processed securely by Streamline card holder not present terminal. You can also send a Cheque, Postal Order or Bankersí Draft separately to us which must be drawn in UK Pounds Sterling. Cheques will be cleared before goods are dispatched.
Payment by PayPal, please refer to your account parameters. Any payment details processed by PayPal will not bee seen by us or stored on our server.
Goods will not be shipped unless payment is received in full, including delivery charges. If the intended payment type for this order is Paypal, the delivery address has to match the confirmed Paypal address for security reasons. If it does not, we cannot confirm the fulfilment of this order
All our figures are supplied unpainted and unassembled if not cast as a single piece.
All Figures are supplied with weapons as described.
Our products contain lead and have sharp points and are not suitable for children.
Ordering and dispatch
When you submit an order via our website or by any other method, we will treat each order for goods, as an offer by you to purchase the goods and services subject to these terms and conditions. We shall supply you, subject to acceptance and availability, with the quantity and selection of goods set out in your order.

We aim to dispatch your order seven working days from receipt, and acceptance of your order, although large orders may take longer and we have up to thirty (30) days to do this.
We will make every effort to dispatch within the time specified, but this is an approximate time only and we cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience arising from failure to provide the advertised service because of factors which could reasonably be considered to be outside our control.
Returns and cancellation policy
Tin Soldier (UK) want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason the goods at point of delivery are defective or have been incorrectly supplied by us, we will happily replace them or refund you the value of the defective or incorrect items.
Your right to cancel
In compliance with the EU Distance Selling Directive retail customers (excludes wholesale) you have seven (7) working days from the day after taking delivery of the products to cancel. You may return the products without reason. A refund of the purchase price will be made in full within thirty (30) days of cancellation. Where the goods have not been returned within this period, a deduction may be made from the refund to cover the reasonable costs of collecting the goods. You will be responsible for the cost and the safe return of the products. Risk of damage to the returned products lies with you at all times.
You must let us know of your decision to cancel the contract within 7 working days after the day you have received the goods and any notification must be in writing. Refunds will normally be made using the same method as the original payment. (i.e. a credit card purchase will be refunded through your credit card account). This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
